On episode 6, Rory speaks to Thomas Ryan a very multifaceted man if you will. Thomas works as a Public Relations Officer in mental health sector and also founded the Clonmel Remembrance Walk in 2019 after struggling with being suicidal afew years back. The walk aims to mark and celebrate World Suicide Friendship Day which is on the 10th September. He also launched the Shining Light in the name of mental health and suicide and shares some of the issues lacking in the mental health services in Carmel and Tipperary Ireland.
